Chroco for Jakala
The tool started as an internal HR platform and was later opened to external clients, so the project ran on two tracks. We handled the branding first, logo and tone of voice, then built the character that would carry it: a red crocodile who explains how the tool improves working life without ever sounding like a manual. The internal video follows a narrative arc through office scenes and late night desk work, while the external one is staged as a show, with the character hosting, working the crowd and running through the product promise in English. Both lean on the character's timing and attitude to keep a business subject watchable. We also delivered a full icon set and Lottie animations built to live inside the interface.
