CBRE Meravigli

The property was never going to be shown online: the client wanted the apartments revealed in person only, keeping the reveal physical and the sale exclusive. That constraint shaped the whole direction, so we built the web experience around abstract geometry and materials rather than imagery of the spaces. Each form transforms as the page advances, with the surface treatment carrying the message: stone, metal and refined finishes lit to read as tactile and expensive, so the sense of elegance comes from the material itself rather than from what is being sold. We delivered both sides of the job, the 3D assets that the development team then wired into the scroll behaviour of the live homepage, and a mockup video showing how the full experience was meant to feel once assembled.

  • Abstract geometry over property renders
  • Material and texture led direction
  • Scroll driven transformations
  • Assets built for web implementation
  • Mockup video of the full experience
